offers many volunteer opportunities including:
MERCHANDISER:
Do you have an interest in visual display? This position involves categorizing
merchandise by colour and style; it also involves keeping merchandise
well organized and attractive to customers.
DONATION
SORTER: This position
involves preparing items for our retail stores including examining and
determining the value of donated merchandise.
COLLECTIBLES
EVALUATOR: Do you have
an interest in or knowledge of specialty items, collectibles, antiques
or rare books? This position involves researching and referencing items
for authenticity and pricing.
CLERICAL
ASSISTANT: This is
a great opportunity for someone who has fantastic organizational and
administrative skills.
SPECIAL EVENT
ASSISTANT: Do you like
to plan parties? Special Events are conducted throughout the year, which
require extra hands and minds.
