Silent Auctions:

Looking for a unique valuable collectible? Each Goodwill Niagara store offers customers the opportunity to bid on selected merchandise through a silent auction. Bid case items may include antique furniture, china, books, musical instruments, artwork and other valuable items or unusual collectibles. If you find an item you like, you can write an offer in the Bid Book.

Rules for Silent Auction:

1. No return on auction items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. All items are "as is".
3. To bid - Enter date, bidding number (different number at each store location) and amount of bid in auction record book. Incorrect information will result in disqualification.
4. If there is no higher bid after 7 full working days, the last bidder will be contacted on the morning of the 8th day.
5. You have 3 days to pick-up and pay for the item or the item will be offered to the next highest bidder.
6. No Discounts available on auction items.
7. All items are subject to provincial sales tax.
8. Refusal to accept auction items may disqualify participants from future bidding.
9. We do not gurantee the authenticity of auction items.
